English 521

  • Independent Novel Activities concluded today.  Good job by all who presented.
  • Friday AM:  Examination (don’t forget your essay outlines).

Well, that’s it for another year of instruction at Morell High School.  When people ask me what I like the most about working at MRHS, the answer is easy:  the students.  I had a great time this year and wish all of you the best in your exams and in the summer.  To the graduating students, good luck and don’t be afraid to let us know how you’re getting along next year.  Remember, we’re always here to help you when you’re in need…for the standard $20.00 Coffin Correction Services fee of course…

  • Tomorrow:  exam in the afternoon (Cellblock #229)

Canadian History 621

  • Symposia Canada:  Day One
    • Samantha:  Japanese Internment
    • Spencer:  Canadians in Hong Kong
    • Wayne:  Canadian Ships in World War Two
    • Ethan:  The War Measures Act
  • We then watched the video version of the World War Weekend.
  • Thursday:  Symposia Canadad:  Day Two begins at 12:00 noon.

  • We spent our fourth-last day of English 521 viewing the BBC version of Shakespeare Re-Told:  Much Ado About Nothing.
  • Tomorrow:  End of Play Activities due.
  • Tomorrow:  we shall also review the rules for writing literary essays.
  • Wednesday:  final Much Ado About Nothing test.
  • Thursday:  independent novel activities for the final time.
  • Friday:  final examination essays in the morning.

English 621

  • Twelfth Night final test
  • Tomorrow:  literary essay help.
  • Wednesday:  final exam essays in the afternoon.
    • Remember, grades will be withheld if all materials are not returned on your exam day.

Canadian History 621

  • We spent today in the library putting finishing touches on the symposium final exam.
  • Tomorrow:  Group One presents (all students must be in attendance).
  • Wednesday:  no class
  • Thursday:  final exam symposia in the afternoon.
